Last time Schneider was out my iPod dock was damaged and no longer works.
I had the repairman return to look at it he said they didn't do it, argued with my fiancee who saw him place the TV on the iPod connected to the dock (my room mate also saw it), and left. I called Schneider to address the issue they said that if I brought it to them they would see if they could fix it. I do not feel that I should have to deliver the dock to have this resolved. The dock worked just fine before the tech was out, now it doesn't. I have also attempted to file a BBB complaint and Shneider denies any wrong doing. This is completely ridiculous. They did show up on time as promised but the fact that they placed a 52" television on a docked iPod and damaged it but refuse to address it in any way unless I take it to them so they can "Look at it" is unacceptable. This is their official response to the BBB Complaint from them: "the tech went to the house to fix the TV. The customer states we broke the docking station while visiting his home. The only thing i can do is have him bring the MP3 player docking station to our shop, we will be happy to look at it at no charge and maybe fix it if possible. We feel this is not worth a service call and we are not assuming responsibility at this point."
Apparently I am not even worth a service call to repair a device that they damaged. I have filed a BBB complaint as well as a complaint with Angies List. Currently their company is in the "penalty box" on Angies List due to their failure to respond. I have attempted to contact them via email as well as their facebook page and although they delete my comments they do not respond.
